Greater Stitchwort A5 Monoprint

Botanical monoprint of greater stitchwort, taken directly from the plants themselves.

The process involves inking the plants then, with the inked surface facing up, the paper is carefully placed on top. This then goes through a press to create the image. Only one individual print can be taken due to the delicacy of the leaf or flower.
