Where is your shop in Falmouth?
Our shop is located at the top of Old High Street just before the bridge over the brow of the hill and opposite Barracks Ope. With the Prince of Wales Quay to your right, keep walking up the hill and you find us on the left-hand side.
There is no parking on Old High Street. There are a limited number of one-hour parking spaces at the top of the hill and a number of Falmouth town car parks.
Do I need to wear a face mask in the shop?
We follow government guidelines and there is no current requirement to wear a mask.
Will the shop accept cash payments?
Yes, we accept cash, although the correct change would be appreciated.
Can I collect my online order in the galleries on my visit?
Yes, you can – just select “collect from Falmouth shop” as the delivery option.
Can I have a gift receipt?
Yes, we can provide a gift receipt.
Gift purchases can only be exchanged for items to the same or higher value, or the value refunded to a gift card.
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, this should be done within 14 days. Items should be in the same condition as sold, and with the original packaging where applicable.
This excludes earrings for hygiene reasons and anything made to order, unless faulty.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, we have gift vouchers both in the shop (physical gift card) and online (e-voucher). Unfortunately due to a technical issue, these are not interchangeable at the moment and need to be spent where purchased.
Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
We do not currently offer a gift-wrapping service.
What happens if I can’t make my workshop?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Inspire Makers gift cards and e-vouchers.
Unfortunately due to a technical issue, store-purchased physical gift cards and online gift e-vouchers are not interchangeable at the moment and need to be spent where purchased.
Can I make payments over the phone?
Yes, you can make payments over the phone. Just call 01326 531176 during business hours.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship within the UK. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss delivery overseas.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be picked and sent the following day.
Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be actioned on the following Tuesday.
Most orders will be posted using Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked & Signed Service or other couriers depending on parcel value, size and weight. Jewellery over £50 will be shipped via First Class special delivery.
Refunds and Returns
Do you cover return postage?
We don’t usually cover the cost of returning an item unless it is faulty or we have made a mistake.
Can I return a product ordered online?
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please see our full delivery and returns information here.
Please note: the right to return does not extend to personalised, customised, or tailor-made items. Returns of earrings are also excluded for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
An item has broken in delivery, how can I get a refund?
Please contact us at email@example.com so we can discuss the best course of action for you such as a refund or replacement. Please also include photos of the damage so we are able to take it up with our couriers and prevent it from happening in future.
