Unusual drop earrings handmade from reticulated sterling silver circles with accents of 24ct gold leaf to represent Men-an-Tol, and suspended on hoops with silver ball detail.
Men-an-Tol – “holed stone” in Cornish – is an unusual ancient site in West Penwith, Cornwall believed to date from the Bronze Age. It comprises four stones, one of which is round with a large hole and was believed in folklore to have healing powers for those who passed through the centre.
Drop length: Approximately 30mm.
