Handmade sterling silver ring cast from a wax carving.
Wax carving is a traditional jewellery making technique dating back to 3rd century BC. The design is sawn, filed and carved into a piece of jeweller’s wax. This is sent to to a caster to be cast in metal through the lost wax process. A mould is made around the wax which is then melted and drained away, leaving a shape to be filled with molten metal.

Band width approximately 4mm
This ring can be made in another size however the back of the ring will be plain silver due to the size of the link in the design.
