Gift Voucher & Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Validity

Gift Vouchers & Cards are valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
Gift Vouchers & Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift e-vouchers purchased online, and gift e-vouchers and physical cards purchased in the Falmouth shop can both be used via either outlet.
Gift Vouchers & Cards are not valid for Porth Jewellery Workshops which can only be booked directly with Porth Jewellery via the website links.

Any order for Products made using a Gift Voucher &/or Card will be governed by our Terms and Conditions
When you use a Gift Voucher &/or Card you warrant to us that you are the duly authorised recipient of the Gift Voucher &/or Card and that you are using it in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, lawfully and in good faith.
If we believe that a Gift Voucher or Card is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, unlawfully or in bad faith, we may reject or cancel the Gift Voucher or Card.

The value of any Gift Voucher/Card you use will be deducted from the total cost of your order.
If any balance remains to be spent from the Gift Voucher/Card, it can be used on a future order. No change can be given for the balance of a Gift Voucher/Card.
If there are insufficient funds on the Gift Voucher/Card, you can use additional methods of payment to complete your purchase.
There is no minimum spend required and the Gift Voucher/Card can be redeemed against any purchase including delivery charges.

The value of any Gift Voucher/Card you use will be deducted from the total cost of your order by entering the code directly at online checkout.
You can also redeem the Gift Voucher/Card by adding it to your webshop account for use at a later date. This allows you to secure the Gift Voucher/Card code and prevent unauthorised use of the code. You can then purchase without need to remember the code, providing you are logged in.

From your Account page, you can view your:

Gift wrapping is currently available for a fee of £5 per order.
Wrapping includes standard, non-customisable paper (may vary by season).
If sending gifts to multiple addresses, separate orders will need to be placed as each order can only have one delivery address.
Gift messages can be added to the order notes at checkout, or added to a greeting card purchase via the optional message field.
