Marylouise Delaney just loves food; growing, cooking, eating (sometimes photographing in Lidl) and painting food.…
Phil Irons is a professional designer who has worked in the creative industry for over 30 years. More recently he has picked up his pencils again and rediscovered his love of drawing producing some intricately detailed work with a focus on buildings and architecture.
Phil finds drawing therapeutic and can get lost for hours in the detail. He is inspired by his surroundings and is very much in his element in an old boat yard or derelict site; his camera and sketch book is always with him – never wanting to miss an opportunity to capture the beauty of a dilapidated building or rusty, corrugated roof!
His doorways collection was born in the recent lockdowns where, during daily walks around his home town Penryn, he was inspired by the beautiful doorways that he passed – people are always delighted when they see their own doorway in the collection.
Phil has exhibited for the Pastel Society and the Society of Graphic Fine Art also locally at the Poly in Falmouth and the Carbon Gallery in Penryn.
