Part of Sarah’s landscape range this minimalist white porcelain jug is accented by scratched brown stripes to represent the earth.

Sarah is inspired to create glazes or surfaces where layers build curiosity and interest so at some point the qualities of the original porcelain or clay body will be apparent. This theme manifests in various ways from glassy crackle glazes to scratching through layers of slip and glaze.
