Washed and Found
Viki of Washed and Found is inspired to make jewellery people can be proud of, not only visually but environmentally, to help keep the conversation alive and spark more ideas and action.
Her work concentrates on the use of light and colour reflection using plastic particles and fishing nets set in bio-resin. The simple, bold and wearable shapes are created individually and designed to hold a handful of sea plastic. Each piece of Washed and Found jewellery is either sanded to give the appearance of sea glass or polished to reveal its true identity.
Viki lives in Bristol with her husband and three young boys. She makes regular trips to Cornwall and North Devon to gather more plastic, swim, surf and paddle board.
