Tanya Ingleton

Tanya Ingleton’s earliest memories are sitting with a tray on her lap making elaborate creations. Now she has a craft room with sweet jars full of buttons, tumbling threads, luscious wools, far too much fabric (apparently) and her trusty Singer.

Tanya has spent her working life in marketing – latterly for a major UK charity where she met the founder of Inspire Makers! For many years she has had a love affair with Cornwall – particularly St Ives where she got married. She loves coming back in winter to watch the waves crash and enjoy a quieter pace of life.

Tanya Ingleton lives in Lymington in Hampshire where she runs The Salt Marsh Gallery with her husband Ed. She crafts away in her spare time, after rummaging through vintage shops and markets for her latest favourite fabric scraps and cottons.
