Mark of Lino Lord Press has been a photographer for 21 years after graduating from Falmouth College of Arts in 1999. Just 2 years ago Mark rediscovered linocutting, after doing a few linocuts back at his Foundation course (also at Falmouth) in Art and Design in 1994. The last thing Mark did before picking up a 35mm camera was a linocut of a parrot!

Mark loves the artisanal process of carving the lino, inking the plate then printing either by hand or with his old French book press on beautiful handmade printing paper.

Lino Lord Press celebrates his love of his home county Cornwall, our coast and some retro chic thrown into the mix. Most of Lino Lord Press prints are limited editions of 25 or 50.
