Kober Lighting

Kober – which means Copper in Cornish – was crafted from a desire to create simple, elegant lighting using a variety of industrial materials.

In a modern culture, which lends itself to throw-away products, it is Nicola’s mission to create unique lights made from responsibly sourced local materials. Adding a touch of contemporary design to your space, Kober Lighting builds lights using reclaimed and reusable copper pipes, concrete and timber.

Nicola studied Interior Design at Falmouth University College in 2008. After many years abroad she felt it was time to settle and chose to come back to Cornwall. She began building these unique lamps in 2020, inspired by the raw exposed Edison bulb and natural materials, and Kober Lighting was born.
